These Terms of Service apply to your use of drinksherpacoffee.com, which is operated by Sherpa Food and Beverage LLC (“Sherpa Coffee,” “we,” “us”), a Colorado company. By using the site you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Products and orders

Orders are processed and paid through our Shopify checkout, and are also subject to Shopify’s terms. We try to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate, but mistakes can happen. If they do, we may correct them or cancel an affected order and refund you.

Health information

Information on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Our statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not use our products if you are allergic or sensitive to mushrooms or fungi. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, talk to your healthcare provider first.

Reviews

• You can write a review as a guest or by signing in with Google. If you sign in with Google, your Google name and profile photo are shown with your review. Your email address is never shown publicly.
• Reviews, and any photos or videos you upload with them, are shown publicly on the site.
• Only post honest reviews of your own experience, and only upload photos and videos that you own or have permission to share. Don’t post anything unlawful, offensive, misleading or spam, or anything that shows other people without their consent.
• You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give us permission to display it on our website and in our marketing for Sherpa Coffee.
• We may hide reviews that break these rules, and we may reply publicly to reviews. We don’t remove honest reviews just because they are negative.
• To have your review or its photos and videos removed, email hello@drinksherpacoffee.com.

The Sherpa Coffee name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
