Quality

We publish the paperwork.

Almost nobody in this category does. Ask for the certificate of analysis on your batch and we'll send it.

Fruiting body, not mycelium

Many mushroom products use mycelium grown on grain, and what you end up with is largely starch. Ours is fruiting body extract, hot-water extracted and spray dried.

Beta-glucan by enzymatic assay

Measured at 31.64% using the Megazyme enzymatic method, which separates beta-glucan from starch. The iodine method some suppliers use counts starch as beta-glucan and inflates the number.

Heavy metals and pesticides

Every lot tested by ICP-MS for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury, plus a 539-item pesticide screen. All results well inside limits.

Microbiology

Total plate count, mould, yeast, coliforms, E. coli and salmonella tested on every lot.

Certified organic and non-GMO

USDA NOP certified organic, non-GMO, non-irradiated, produced under GMP.

Allergen free

Free from all fourteen major allergen groups — in the product, on the production line, and in the facility.

Sourced with care

Our six-species mushroom extract comes through a Colorado partner three hours down the road, not a broker on the other side of the world. Keeping it close means we can visit, ask questions, and read the documentation ourselves.

Our coffee is 100% organic Arabica, bought through a supplier that works directly with growing families across the coffee belt rather than through layers of middlemen. Buying direct means more of what you pay reaches the people who actually grow the beans — and it means organic farming stays worth doing for them.

That's the whole idea. People who carry others higher, at every step of the chain.
